To begin with, ‘Kadha’ is an Ayurvedic drink made by boiling herbs and spices in water to extract their medicinal benefits. Kadha boosts the immune system, aids digestion, help fight cold, cough and flu symptoms. Kadha is consumed hot and can be taken multiple times during the day.
